This revolutionary system utilizes an innovative and unique technique - penetrating pulse technology.

The fundamental measurement principle is easy to understand. The transducer is mounted suspended from above, so that it is below water’s surface. It emits a short penetrating acoustic pulse which is transmitted downward to the sludge. The pulse then reflects back to the transducer from the interface. 

Based on the pulse transit time to and from the interface surface, actual sludge level is computed.
