Magnetic Tracking

The NIVOTRACK magnetic tracking float level transmitter is ideal for applications involving surface foaming or dense and/or variable vapors above the liquid where ultrasonic and capacitance technologies are inappropriate.

Available with a Flexible Guide Tube it can measure to a range of up to 33 feet.  It utilizes a magnetic float which tracks the level along the length of a probe submerged in the liquid.

The level is sensed as the float magnetically activates an array of reed switches which function as the wiper of a potentiometer. The voltage of the potentiometer is proportional to the change of level.  The electronics converts the voltage to a standard output current of 4 to 20 mA. The NIVOTRACK provides repeatable, precision measurement under the most hostile environments, while providing high accuracy, long-term stability, and operational reliability.
