Level Controls for the BioTech Industry

A complete line of Sanitary All Stainless pressure transmitters is offered with 316 Stainless Steel wetted parts and a 304 Stainless Steel housing and various 3-A approved mounting fittings. 

Both the conventional analog and intelligent SMART transmitters are available with a variety of different Sanitary process connections, such as, tri-clamp, varivent, DRD, milkcoupling, IDF, etc. 

Another technology from HiTECH is the penetrating pulse technology which provides either continuous or point level measurement through the wall.  This non-contact measurement eliminates concerns for contamination, clean-in-place procedures, sensor wear and/or routine maintenance.

For level switch applications HiTECH offers the RGR-300 clean in place point level switch.  With its highly polished wetted parts and 2" tri-clamp mounting, the unit handles difficult applications that were previously not possible from vibration technology.  Applications involving vibrating vessels, turbulent liquid surfaces, as well as powders or light granules are now routine tasks for this intelligent level switch.

The HiTECHvery low cost LiquiSwitch T is available for those liquid level applications where sanitation is not an issue.
